Sometimes Windows 10 above will not associate the latest WinUSB drivers with your camera. Therefore you need to either manually install the drivers on your computer, or force your PC to use WinUSB drivers.
Please follow these steps to force your Altair camera to be recognised as a WinUSB device:
Launch Windows device manager with the camera connected.
Uninstall the camera.
Find the unrecognized camera in Device Manager and update the driver.
Select “Universal Serial Bus devices”
Click “Yes” to forcibly use the WinUSB driver for the camera.
Now camera should be recognized as a WinUSB device in the Device Manager
