FITS files cannot be saved unless you have RAW mode selected:
Always set Set RAW mode to capture .FITS files
If you cannot find .FITS files, also check where the save directory location is by clicking “Sequence Options” in the Trigger Mode menu:
These settings are also available in the files area with additional options such as setting intervals between frames for easier download. To open the advanced menu, Click “Options” > ” Preferences” and select the “Auto Capture” tab:
If you are getting failed image sequences (files are missing in a sequence or the sequence stops), then adjust the camera USB download speed.
